I liked the time flexibility. Other than that every other experience was bad

1. Toxic work culture 2. No salary hike for past 2 years 3. No professionalism 4. They don't pay you for working on weekends and with deduct your salary if you don't work on weekend. 5. Too much of groupism and partiality. 6. No extra curricular activities and no outings for past 2 years.

Onboarding will hustle free and they will provide best salary comparing to other service based companies

The people from management are not properly communicating about our contract end date they are not sure about if contract end this will fire there is no other opportunities they will provide

...ffice. Oast 2.5 year im doing nothing in the office. I m working in client side. Still i didnt get any salary appraisal or any incentuves. They doesnt ask mr about any of the incentives or salary apparaisal

Its good in terms of New technologies related projects in Healthcare banking Investemnt domains. exposure to global clients and good learnings. I appreciate the TA leaders for their impeccable knowledge on the technologies bieng handled . My tenure with standard chartered client was really exceptional and the TA head was a mentor to me in choosing this client during my initial joining days. Im glad i joined thakral and have made the right career choice.

A lot. Work environment, work arrangement, manager's behaviour and threatenings, as it was a start up the was nothing settled. Personal comments, nagging and rude mannerless behaviour of manager considered as blunt attitude as she has too much work.
