...ally they will ask to work till 8pm in the night. No leaves in Holi, Diwali etc. 2) They deduct salary without proper justification, there is this Amit guy who knows nothing only good at harassing people. 3) There is no job security, they fire at will. 4) The company work culture is really toxic, senior management specially one of the promoters Shaily Maheswari shouts like anything for no reason.

... Incentive: Not to pay employee on time to time their must be delay 4/5 month’s. Salary: Every month salary deducted is very high due to your basis targets not achieved. Staff : 75% Ladies in this office but if you are men’s leader then you are not safe in this company because 95% employees are under graduate so people mentality is very chief. Job security : Hr is very much supporting but final decision taken by shaily she will be take decision on suddenly basis she order to Hr pls asked to some person……………….put down you paper on immediately basis not a singal day as a consider for your Notice period. For my personal suggestion don’t join this company because no job security,Not a singal festival day celebration in this company.

...pts I have received no response. Eventually their HR stopped answering my calls. This company lacks transparency respect and any sense of professionalism, if you value job security and fair compensation stay far away from this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. Fraud company

only location, which is 5 minutes walking from railway station

...st, they make you work more than 12 hours a day, also you get hardly any leaves. if you don't meet your target they put penalty on your salary, and percentage of deduction will depend on your performance. washroom and drinking water is so unhygienic, no fire safety in office. even women employee has to wait till late in the office when there is no security and safety insured. There is sales and marketing head Mr Amit who is responsible for salary deduction, and other penalties on all employee. who asked people to work more than 12 hours per day, also don't allow any leaves even on national holidays. you will get call from him even on sundays, no saturday off.

I learnt everything on the job, I got opportunity to work with company founders, Boss is very supportive. Office timing is flexible, I completed my 5 years journey with same Boss and Founders and wish to complete 10years more with them.
