Tezpur University consists of good intellectuals and researchers with innovative minds. Their is much to learn which surely helps in career building. One of the best in India🇮🇳.

Dislikes

Their is one thing, the fellowship/or project salary is not on scheduled time. Also, the processing time is slow. This really affects the work life balance. It must be sorted out. Thanks

Freindly and peaceful environment, academics, extra curricular activities, 24 hr library, wifi, electricity, superb hostels, And excess to thousands of online literatures for reference and knowledge

Dislikes

It is a bit in the outskirts from the city n the communication is poor. Administration is too strict in some unrealistic n nonpractical issues.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
