Good to bad, bad to worst. selfish managers only think of their own growth. Unprofessional behaviour from HR who is from a technical background and even don't have basic knowledge of HR process. Its like work in a local kirana shop. No doubt the company founder is very down to earth, intelligent, softspoken but surrounded by foolish people who are making fool of him.
