...ry bad. Director can call you even at 12 am. No professionalism in this company. Very less salary. Never on time and always late. Most employees are hired at 10,000 rs only .even graduates. No growth opportunities, very poor increment , no promotion opportunity.

Very old technology, poor tools. All free version softwares. Company culture is very bad. Full of torture, harrassment. All cheap politics by hr head, Director, team leaders. No support will be given to you. Everyone starts torturing you here . Bad environment . Doesn't feel like you are working in company. Hr head, director , management here are diplomatic baastards. You get fire if you complaint against Harrasment or torture culture.

.... Pathetic company and disgusting management. Employees are tortured very badly. Offered me different salary and what I received in paycheck was very less. When inquired about it, was fired for no reason. Since 2 year have not received my compensation. Such fraud this company is. Also to mention ,seniors are not qualified . Most Seniors support Harrasment, bias behaviour towards employees. Employees faces retaliation when they questions about wrong behaviour of anyone.

It would be a worst decision to join this fraud company. Stupid Employees gang up against performer always and tortures them. False allegations are made, false rumours are spread and management enjoys this disgusting behaviour. Employees who supports unprofessional behaviour are appreciated and protected. Because management is also similar . Highly unprofessional.

Fake and false allegations,rumours are always spread against employees who work hard and is good performer. Employees having affairs in office are supported .employees who spread toxic culture are appreciated. Unprofessional employees, who are also non performer are motivated for harrassing performers. Very bad culture. Noone should join this company where seniors and management is unqualified and who themselves harrasses employees. This company can win award in company with worst culture and company with no rules and regulations. This is a company where director, management,seniors ,hr head spread harrassement , false rumours, torrures good employees.

.... They did not pay proper gst also. Even salaries of employees are manipulated. Few employees after getting salary has to return few amount back to company in cash. Such a fraud company this is. Very biased management. They do not cut deductions for few employees for loss of pay (when taken more holidays than given) . I am ao glad that i am out of this fraud company. Even this company has very toxic culture. Hr head ,director, marketing seniors supports harrassement, tortures good employees, spread false allegation, rumours against hard working employees. I have seen how employees who has worked very hard and who were good performers , were tortured ,harrassed by hr head, director and few non performer employees who were jealous of them. If employees raises voice against, partial ,biased behaviour of hr head or managaement ..they are fired without any reason. If you will raise voice against harrassement , management will start spreading false rumours against them . Few non performer will put fake complaints against them on instructions of hr head. They will use false complaints as reason to fire them. Such injustice is awarded to good performer. Imagine what shameless management ,director and hr head would be .

Non performer are favourites of management, hr head. They together harrasses employees ,spread unprofesaional ,non corporate ,toxic culture in company. Director also supports this inhuman behaviour. Employees who are not disciplined, non performer, who are unprofessional will be supported and protected by hr head ,director. Employees taking 3-4 hours break are also protected by hr head. Hr head is not qualified , not even 12th pass i guess and does not even know how to operate computer. Hr head is always insecured of talented employees ,good performer and does everything wrong to fire them using their non performer employees, whom he protects. Director despite being aware of such criminal behaviour supports them. Company which follows harrassment ,injustice, mental, emotional abuse . Company which supports employees when they are wrong and targets , fires employees who were good performer.

This is fraud company. Non performer were protected during covid and always even if they do nothing. Employees who work hard are always harassed here.
