For interns their is a room for learning at Textron India, where I was part COE team everyone has immense knowledge in that particular area. Not a bad place to start your journey they have multiple benefits also like flexible login time, cafeteria and cab service.

Initial pay CTC for freshers is not so impressive

I liked the fecility provided by the company.from the day you joined you will get health insurance and other benefits.

The training or knowledge transfer is not good and you are expected to learn fast with just little information

Being my first company right after college, I consider myself lucky enough to work with people with such ethical principles. Employees along with managers and other personnel at higher posts are really friendly and easy to approach. It's an organization of vehemently driven people. You get enought opportunities for work-life balance and various societies in the company make sure for a good engagement activities for its employees. The organization provides you a big learning curve. And under the leadership of such excellent managers your growth will thrive.

Dislikes

The CTC offered to B.tech candidates should actually be wrt market standards. Currently they offer very low CTC. The numbers should be improved.

Really good people to learn with. Work culture is amazing.

I was put into Materials and Processing Team, without knowing what would be my role as intern. I assumed the internship was about design. After an entire year working for the team as an intern, I was not even offered a full-time position.
