Management not supportive they just want you to get the work done thats all they want no appreciation for doing good work no overtime paid if you working for longer everyday lot of issue i faced during my tenure leave wasn't getting approved so easily long working hours never get a chance to logout on time in 3 years career

...words less than Google word count. The female content managers are abusive.... All salary hikes are Bluffs. The pay per word is sometimes as low as Rs.12 for 40 words, from that 10/20% TDS is deducted. The normal pay per word IT/Computer Science assignments are also low. The senior writers are bullied and abused in group and threatened with throwing out of group. It is a SCAM out there by Prachi Singh and her accomplices. Hell is Text Mercator Ltd's ultimate name.

Work from home is the only advantage of working here

...ardwork is really disappointing. They cut 10% tax and don't provide the payslip. Salary hike is totally of no use and if bluff.

They will message you in the middle of the night, expect you to be on time, but they're the most unprofessional bunch out there and will gang up against you if you try to speak up against anything.
