I have learnt allot in S&T department. Team mates are supportive. Reviewing and Rating is not fair and instead of giving proper salary hike they modify salary structure.😀😀😀😀

very less salary, working hours 8am to 5pm, no chance for career growth, there are no one to teach you so you have to learn by yourself, many workers do not know technical reason why they are doing a particular works.

Personal life effected during working here Salary structure is not good enough for a family man, salary for a bachelor is good Promotion taken by seniors only in between themselves no one taking care for junior's Promotion High management staff language is like rickshaw pullar language From morning 8 am to night 10 pm is duty time ....hence no time for family That's why end of the year did not satisfy for next year

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.

Good work culture. All employees are so helpful. Management are good. Huge scope for learning. You can balance between work life and professional life.

Dislikes

Poor salary structure for junior level. Bad increment policy.
