Personal life effected during working here Salary structure is not good enough for a family man, salary for a bachelor is good Promotion taken by seniors only in between themselves no one taking care for junior's Promotion High management staff language is like rickshaw pullar language From morning 8 am to night 10 pm is duty time ....hence no time for family That's why end of the year did not satisfy for next year

I have learnt allot in S&T department. Team mates are supportive. Reviewing and Rating is not fair and instead of giving proper salary hike they modify salary structure.😀😀😀😀

Texmaco clicking out their employees in this panic situation. Even not giving salary in lockdown. Don't have proper management for employees. Company even won't aware about the knowledge of their employees.

On time salary & Job security.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.
