Almost everything, salary growth is low, culture is average, dusty environment, infrastructure average, no good "training" facility. Employees have to work even in the sundays, without OT payment. Forgot about duty timings, employees should work 12-14 hours in production. Poor management.

Good work culture. All employees are so helpful. Management are good. Huge scope for learning. You can balance between work life and professional life.

It's a good organization who want 9 to 6 PM job, Work satisfaction is good, But growth Slow, who want work for long its a best company no work presure, But no much for learn.

I have learnt allot in S&T department. Team mates are supportive. Reviewing and Rating is not fair and instead of giving proper salary hike they modify salary structure.😀😀😀😀
