...o much of work pressure. Age old management practice. No benefits for employees. Delay in salary payment. Avoid until its extremely urgent for you. They pay you in fractions but expect you to work as if you are brought by them. The Management is making huge money but they dont give proper salary to the staffs in general.

Salary is very low...every person is surviving with small amount of salary...job security is not there...above all the working enviroment is very bad...the low skilled employees are getting high salary and high skilled employees get low salary

You don't have to do anything as there is no project, hence you have all the time to do everything except company work.

Internal politics is rampant and no scope of skill development as the company has no work or project.

I was horrible to work in Texmaco. This co. had no training, job security, carrier growth. Have to work under fear complex. There was one post, all are lamp post. Very poor co. I have ever worked.

Dislikes

There was no incentive for carrier growth. Everybody was appraised by one person, therefore competition to become yes man. work-life balance was miserable.

Likes

People with skill will be good chance to improve. I get oportunity to abroad to commissioning the projects. I get people from local areas to help me to complete the project and also learn their local language.

Dislikes

Some time it is difficult to get proper vegetarian food especially in Russia and Japan.
