HR is a sloath for making any decision or considering change salary is way lesser than other similar sized companies. Perks are not good, no work from home policy. If asked HR answers as it not in our policy we can't approve WFH

It's good place to work.company policy very good with good compensation, sick policy and safety .working hours satisfactory .good work life balance only issue is low increment .As job responsibility get to learn various activities so good for career growth.

There are lots of opportunity to grow however few of the senior employees may get the favarism. But if you follow tortoise🐢 strategy to grow , glow and shine.

Not providing complete work from home. Salary bar difference are huge for example experience candidate will have less salary than new joined or continually oraganistion changing candidate.
