Every point You will not get your salary on time they hold salary of 25 days . There is no HR Directors deal directly At the time of leaving company they write negative feedback on most of the employees relieving letter even employees leave after 5 years of company. Till date management have never cleared dues of any employee. Management will never praise your work Directors are too igoist. When you will discuss to clear dues they will threat with you that they will spoil your career. They will never accept your resignation. Till date in five years of my career I have never seen any employee who left company with all dues cleared. Conclusion is that worst company to work , worst working environment, no AC, nothing to praise. They will misuse ur job need and will take advantage of ur unemployment.

During app development ,I've discovered that there's more to learn than just technology. Coordinating with team members ,boosting productivity, and meeting deadline are key aspects. While working on live projects alongside tech leads has been invaluable .

In initial phase there may be problem in adjustment with work burden but overall it makes a person able to handle multiple task at a time.
