Worst place to work. I would never suggest anyone to work there because of their unprofessional approach towards employees. Dirty politics played when comes to yearly appraisal and giving opportunities to employees. No appreciation on your hardwork and dedication.

Working at Testriq has been a great experience! I have been able to learn a lot of new skills, while also having lot of fun. The company has a great culture and atmosphere, which is very welcoming and supportive. The team is filled with knowledgeable and experienced people who are always wiling to help and provide guidance when needed. The work is challenging but rewarding, and I have been able to develop my technical skills. I also appreciate the flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work remotely. I highly recommend Testriq as an employer.

Flexible working hours, opportunity to explore new things, no unnecessary stress or excess workload, finite shift timings, no forceful overtime.

Dislikes

Office infrastructure can be improved, lack of effective team building practices, appraisal/ performance evaluation process needs to be standardised.

Great work culture is something all employees look for and I must say TESTRIQ QA LAB has a work environment that is positive, and encouraging. Hats off to the Management for building such a healthy work atmosphere.

Helpful colleagues, and supportive team members. Also very good nature senior team and learn many projects work. In free time Senior executive helps to us improve our skills and guide how to learn new things in free time.
