You can get permanent work from home but it also depends upon clients whether they want you in office or not.

You can get good salary hikes. No joining bonus,no joining kit,no Diwali gifts nothing except you salary which is also not good.

Giving opportunity to start a career is the greatest thing I found in this company and I always be thankful to this company.

Salary is less paid not get as industry pays, during hike they say one and we receive another in hike letter. Job security is not there, that should get improved.

...nvironment and culture. Teammate's are supportive and management is transparent. Company polices are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .This is the place where we can upskill

There is a lot of politics while placing employee's in projects. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There's a bond of 1.5 years which we cannot resign.

Salary credited in exact date. Good team to work with For Freshers it good place to enrich their knowledge and get experience .

Lack of communication between higher level to staff members. Lack of follow up between client and organization staff.

My reporting manager SriLakshmi is good. All things were going good when I was at client location.

...my contract is going to over so they can place me to some other client locaiton. Now I am on Bench and have got salary for 1 month i.e march 2020. After this I am not getting salary from April onwards and 3 month has started where I have to run family/pay EMI without salary. Don't know what to do... No Support at all from company side.
