There is no bond here.You are responsible for your job. You can resign with notice period of 1 month or they will terminate you immediately during your notice period. You can work leisurely and no need to worry about anything. The company policy is something different which I haven't heard from in any other company.

...e who is responsible to share employee queries to management is very lethargic. No decent salary and no career growth. You won't get any benefits or settlement after you resign your job. No cafeteria

...ey want keep you or they immediately fired in the company. No rules follow here. Salary paid after 10th only. Every month paid delayed.

No salary for employees for past four months, and workers are suddenly asked to leave the company, poor management and covid 19 - safety measures are not followed at all, workers in the office are twice got covid positive and still asked to come office and there no social distancing was enforced

Hai to all, Before joining to Tespa kindly read it carefully, my best advice to you all don't join Tespa Robotics, there are not professional and genuine management system, There is like a workshop culture only, they are triggering to getting the work from staff, they will not provide the appointment order and they will not show the breakup of your salary too, there is no transparency, and no job security, more over they will fire you if you are not suit for them, over all worst management system then no time management system also. If you stay the whole day at office sorry that workshop you are a good worker.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for and if you want a bad experience feel free to join this company. No one is doing their work there, some people are working there because they want to exploit the workers money and not give them everything...
