I had very poor Experience with TeroTam . The Company Leadership , especially the director , is unprofessional and the basic qualities expected someone in a senior position . communication is Triable , timelines were never respected and overall attitude was dismissive and arrogant . Its clear their is serious lack of management skill and ethical business practices at the Top . I am not Recommended TeroTAM to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism . Think twice before doing business with them . The company is full of politics an internal drama , making the toxic and unproductive environment for the employees . Instead of focusing on result and professionalism , the leadership seems more concerned with the ego and blame games .

It was horrible working over in such mediocre company I would give negative stars Director is atmost dumbest to level unmeasurable, ill mannered in every aspect Doesn't know how to communicate with client, nor hindi and not at all in english I have never seen such director in my life. He's frustrated every time, no value for employees Hired 25 employees in span of 2 months and immediately fired 35 within next 15 days (without any prior notice) Not liable company at all to work with
