No work life balance, despite managing the operations and your customers in a smooth way, they won't allow a WFH. Toxic work culture, No growth, No Leave encashment, many more are there that can't be explained.

The company is adopts latest technology like ERP . It give high quality services. I love bcz of part of this company. We take many knowledge from this company.

No any single growth in company. I am work last 4 year as MIS but till time no any single promotion. It do not create any promotional activity.

Good work environment, flexible work time, no rat race, support from senior and junior too. Overall healthy work environment.

Dislikes

There is no career path, need restructuring. Incentive plan for worker is poor, wages for technician on basics even for long working span thus their job satisfaction is poor.

This company is about to work on individually basis, if you are generating business on regular basis then its ok otherwise you never know when they ask you to resign.

no support at all completely a individual role, no work culture, always a fear of job , no work ethics etc etc....
