For freshers this is the best place and for experienced also this is a pretty good place.

Only there is little bit issue with salary , Comparatively according to other companies the salary is low . But if you have patience then you can grow it’s also true .

Overpowered manager no kpi or kpa system proper to evaluate employees lack of proper training you have to self learn a lot specially in quality department and not a good start pay for an engineering graduate

Overall company is best. But at time of resign they will treat you as slave... Only for that reason all our efforts which we have taken in last 6 to 7 years is likes waste of time...

Internal Politics and they are not given our clearance on time at the time of resignation...

Manufacturers electric connectros and cable terminals. Have their owe advanced tool room . Which helps to learnso many things in mould Making. Very nice staff. Management is also very supportive. No food . Transportation is available from Bhosari location. Working time is not fixed for 8 hours. Flexible hours. No over time for tool makers
