Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Likes

College has no job security for the employees and not supporting the staff. They gave one year maternity leave without pay after 9 years experience. And because of covid 19 they relieve soo many employees. And after maternity leave they are telling the reason of corona. Very worst experience wasted 9 years in the same college. Feeling quilt for that.

...e soo much work give less salary, least bother about employees and their health. One year maternity leave without pay ,,, community preference they gave..
