One of the worst companies I have worked with. They are running 3+ different ventures and never disclose it in the interview, but expect you to work on all 3, because they believe paying your salary means they own you. When you ask them to pay accordingly, they will pretend as if they are doing a favor by the salary they are offering you. The CEO cannot be trusted because he will tell you something and then go back on his words next day trying to trap you into Wordplay. There is no worklife balance because they expect you to be available at anytime day/night and you saying no hurts their ego. The promotions in the company are done based on who can bootlick the management better and not based on your performance and its funny because no one in the management actually knows how to do their work. The head of the gallery conveniently keeps "forgetting" her job and then dumps it on others, but she would NEVER forget your mistakes. She treats everyone else as if she is a class monitor who has got the chance to bully everyone and leaves no opportunity to do so. Oh and they also unethically increased the working hours from 5 to 5.5 days with no increase and salary and everytime you question them for their decisions, it hurts their fragile ego and instead of handling the matter with logic, they will just sack you because they can do so. If you want to work at a place that ruins your mental peace, work-life balance and constantly keeps you anxious, this is your best choice. Good luck working here for these egomaniacs.

Unprofessional and unorganised company. They don't even know what they are doing no planing for growth nothing. The so called manager thinks she is a perfectionist. Never satisfied with any ones work. But if you licking her foot she will loves you. If have to be a slave of her. If you want to get a anxious and demotivate work culture you are welcome there. They terminate you without any explanation or reason. They don't even receive your call if you want to communicate with them to find out the reason of termination. Very unethical and worst company. 😡😡

Unprofessional people. They don’t know what they are doing and blame new employees without giving them proper training. They fire people without giving them proper explanation which btw is unethical. Stupid manager who knows nothing but wants perfection
