The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology into Fiber Optical.

Dislikes

Compensation is less, growth is also slow. Work pressure is a bit high. Sometimes, I have to work more than 8 hrs Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths & interests but mostly they go unnoticed which is why I have to take suggestions from well known.

Work culture is very good, all employees are very helpful, there is no discrimination among Team Leaders, Junior & Senior level Employees and also with and founders, all of them treat everyone just like Friends.

The location of the Office is not so good, There is no other corporate other than Tericsoft.

Tera software is all about learning new things work culture is very good when u start ur carrer as a fresher tera software gives u more chances to learn new things

Company has very supportive team ; no matter where you are at your task location they will provide you immediately support. Also have excellent tranner very well known about system and also experience and most importantly very supportive. As for management department company is really good and treat employee as family. And if you talked about salary and increment it's really reasonable, bcoz they really care about employee and their work environment and also help employee to help theirs work life balance. So overall I think it really good experience to work with organization.

Dislikes

I only object one thing is late documentation. But at end you won't regret. I think it happened coz company is originally from out of Maharashtra.
