When Mr. Mano, our CEO, was alive, he had a grand vision for building this organization in India. He provided excellent guidance and treated his employees like family. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mano.

Dislikes

I worked for six years in various roles and was recognized as a top performer. Together with a colleague, I helped build this organization from the ground up in India. However, following the passing of our beloved CEO, Mr. Mano, the company culture has deteriorated significantly. There is a lack of professionalism, job security, and appreciation or recognition from management. Additionally, the work model keeps changing, which adds to the instability. I do not recommend this company as a place to work.

Taking people on permanent role and if there is no project they will leave the employes with out any notice

Dislikes

They will be deploying people to other companies and no one will be there to hear their employes issues they are only concerned about clients other than employes which is not expected
