Worst Company & Worst Management It’s concerning that someone who is not part of the sales industry or any related department is teaching us how to manage sales. Dhvani, who is from the accounts team, has taken on the responsibility of managing the sales team, HR, and other departments. This is extremely harmful to the organization. Dhvani spreads negativity throughout the company and influences the director to the point where the director often agrees with him without question. Recently, Dhvani conducted an open session with the sales team, trying to teach them how to achieve sales targets, even though he has no real understanding of sales himself. Over the past month, four top-performing employees have resigned, yet the company director has not taken any action against this harmful individual. I strongly urge anyone considering a job at this company to reconsider if you value your career. If the company does not take immediate action against Dhvani, it will be heading toward failure. For the sake of the company’s future, I urge the management to take swift action against Dhvani to ensure its growth and success.
