Likes

Management is very poor and no job security because they can fire you without notice period.

Dislikes

They don’t have any policy and if u would take any leave then they will fire you and in the terms of salary it’s terrible coz at the time of salary u will have to beg. Apart from this Management is very poor in decision making. Suppose if u join as a HR then they will ask to do the marketing related work and if u refuse the same then they will pressure u to resign else they will terminate u without notice period.
