...ce when government loosened its grip on lockdown(since org wanted more profit) - Voluntary pay cuts, no salary hike and no additional benefits provided during the pandemic situation - In an ideal scenario there are no WFH, management is awaiting for lockdown to be lifted so that they can bring in employees the very next day. - More of a school than an IT organization, freshers and even experienced resources address managers as SIR and no one bothers to correct them. - Very poor infrastructure, not enough parking space and employees are charges 500pm for 2 wheelers and 3000 pm for wheelers in Chennai offices - No proper cafeteria and no break out areas - NOT a product based company that you might have in mind. - NO transport facilities provided - Indian management is least bothered about its employees and just see them as laborers - Highly NOT recommended to join.

...rmal dress code for technical employees even in 2022 ! No work from Home option. Employees asking for WFH will be liable for Loss of Pay Even if they work. Expected to come on time in morning but should stay upto 4 hours after work timings. Senior - Chauvinistic environment where people with 15/20/25 years in Temenos dominate and harrass freshers and new joiners. Expected to work every weekend. No considerations for employees' personal life and no work life balance. Terrible hike and compensation even after working 24 x 7 x 365 days.

...ve banking domain and don't want to switch anywhere else then only stay here.... there's no benefit apart from salary, less hikes, just a room in name of cafeteria, just cookies and tea in name of perks, you will be expected to work for Saturdays more often than not, next level micro management they'll literally monitor everything...so yeah if you're looking for all these things in your next company feel free to join Temenos and make your life hell and there's 3 months notice period to get out of this company which in no case they'll negotiate, whole company is being controlled by bunch of people sitting in Chennai office, do expect lots of partial treatment, impossible deadlines, get ready to be blamed for things. They don't care about senior people leaving the company, they just hire freshers in place of them with a decent salary but with 2 years bond so they can't escape....Atlast it's not about a team, it's the whole mentality this company works with is pathetic.

1. Temenos day celebration (annual day) every year where u can bring ur family and party. 2. You get 36 leaves per year which is good compared to other companies. But some conditions attached. 3. job security is good because they invest a lot of money in training you on their product. So they are not going to kick you out easily. But don't get excited over this because this can be career suicide if u r working in their core team with legacy language JBC which no other companies r using. 4. Team lunch/outing every quarter! 5. Some ppl in core teams get onsite. That too very rare after you stay for some years.

1. Initial salary is good. After that the appraisal will become stagnant . 2. Very small bonus amount as per industry standards and there is almost no perks and goodies. 3. This company is prone to a huge politics. If you butter the management then u can survive with a good standing and promotion. 4. No festive celebration I repeat literally no celebration be it Christmas, Diwali, Eid etc. The only thing u get is 500rs sweet coupon on diwali. The atmosphere is soo gloomy because of no festival celebration. But they do decorate office on August 15 and give 1 ladoo. Seriously!!?? 5. The Chennai office is the worst. Felt like a ghost house when I went there for a week. 6. You have to pass internal exam every quarter or you will loose around 8k every quarter. 7. The core team uses JBC a legacy coding language and if you are posted into that then your career is at stake. Believe me when I say this because a lot of my friends are stuck there and couldn't find a suitable company to switch to. They are now trying to learn Java, python etc to switch their career path. But if you are in technology team atleast they use java , python etc. 8. Temenos literally bought the BEST PLACE TO WORK tag. This place is the worst environment to work. 9. No overtime payments if they ask you to work on weekends.
