...hole company culture. Highly unprofessional and donot care for employee welfare. Employees have to work without work/Resident permit and salary 2-3 months is always held up, never paid on time. If you leave, behaviour towards the individual becomes extremely dangerous

Tembo steels is good company in Uganda with updates of latest technology. I am feeling proud to part of a the group that making mild steel in low carbon from high carbon to make tube and structure product. I have got a new experience to work with company. Because the product we produce it is challenging for others.

Dislikes

Salary delay, working hours, some time work for 16hrs to 18hrs. Consumable items fail to get in time. Work pressure is too high

Management can't say to you when they are stopped your work and when they are send return to your home it can't say, no job guarantee, anybody can say bad about you then management will trust what they say about you they can't think about you and your performance in your job.
