Good company if you are not joining as a fresher, for experience guys they provide above market compensation and having good on-site opportunity

Dislikes

Very poor middle management, old guys are not changing their approach (man management) which is causing poor work life balance and dissatisfaction among peers

This is most terrible company I've ever worked with. Leadership have 0 skills, 0 decision making sense. They do dirty politics within the organization. Put pm unnecessary pressure on teams. Worst working culture. Never work for them if you want some peace in your life.

Salary was very low compared to the market. No salary hikes. And if you ask for the resignation they will cause u a great headache. They won't provide the experience letter easily. They won't even communicate or give the reply to your mails.

Dislikes points are: * Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. They reach there by politics or a particular religion / cast base. * Work-Life balance is not good as micro management more. * You have no choice for select your specialized field / programming, can be move in any other field or technology as most of senior management do not know how to utilize resource.

Company is still following WFH so work life balance is quite good here , From learning perspective it's not much good but at the end salary matters 😅 For fresher entry level salary is quite disappointing, but they offer attractive appraisal ( for freshers)
