...le he left without joining any other company, idk the reason but it is my guess. Neither I could utilize my leaves nor did I got the compensation. The project was in end phase and they put whole team on the bench and ssaid noone needs to peave they will align all of us but be prepared for the interviews. I was ready but i was also giving interviews to other companies as well. Telus interviews were of timepass only they were just harrassing all guys who were on bench. I cleared 2-3 outside interviews and realized telus is just making an excuse out of us to leave. I packed my bag and left. They released me from the day i put the email. It is ok. After leaving and after 2-3 month i ask my previous teammates if they are aligned to any project they say we have give 5 interviews in total and none we were able to clear because they keep asking some nonsense thing to confuse us and nothing to work related and now the guy who is responsible for their interviews said you guys have not cleared any of the interview and now he will put a report together and will send it to the HR.

Dislikes

As there were no help given I climbed my ladder by myself i built confidence and how to deal with people and how to handle pressure and learned company just don't care about you and you should do the same.

Likes

Company is good in terms of salary structure, hikes, work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Learning curves drips as you stay long. Promotions are politicised. Onsite opportunities are biased. Team parties are for name sake and such team activities are minimal.

Good company if you are not joining as a fresher, for experience guys they provide above market compensation and having good on-site opportunity

Dislikes

Very poor middle management, old guys are not changing their approach (man management) which is causing poor work life balance and dissatisfaction among peers

Likes

Work-life balance (Depends on how you take it). Quality of work highly depends upon which project you are in. Very chill environment, you will normally see whole bay not on their seats. You will get a lot of free time depends on you how you use it.

Dislikes

... No challenging work. Mostly Desktop environment. No work from home for most. You have to be a bootlicker to get good salary hikes. Politics are a normal day to day thing here. You just can't stay out.

Dislikes

Dislikes points are: * Major Dislikes is most of the senior management (RM and PM ) position filled by non deserving candidate , so lot of micro management as they do not know how to work. They reach there by politics or a particular religion / cast base. * Work-Life balance is not good as micro management more. * You have no choice for select your specialized field / programming, can be move in any other field or technology as most of senior management do not know how to utilize resource.
