Non-supportive managers. Most important no job security. They take everyone and even after completing the probation period they terminate more than half people for no reason or for anyki d of reason. Never ever join. Even in WFH situation, they provide wfh only where the offc is.. You cant even go to your hometown and work.. If you will complaint of anything, you get terminated.

Telligents is very much suitable for learning many things and we are given so much freedom to learn new skills here. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
