For freshers, it'll be very good company to learn. Seniors are great and friendly.

Dislikes

If you perform well, your work load will be higher but still your salary will be low when compare to others who doesn't even perform that's obviously demotivates you to do work. There is no work life balance. Management is poor.

Poor management, poor dev & qa leads, poor colleagues, poor project managers. This Company is 100% Full of politics , if you know how to do jin-jaa then you can join. Overtime work, nothing good to say about this Company, better Don’t accept their offer to save your life

It’s a great place to work. They are providing lots of learning sessions and it’s open for everyone. You will get praised and recognition for work. Work life balance but hard but if work properly you can manage. Everyone is friendly from top to bottom. Work from home facility is there.

CEO is highly professional and tries hard to create a flat hierarchy within the organization there by giving opportunity to new entries even, to show case their skills. Second thing is a chance to work with high profile US Clients which gives a lot of exposure in product vertical and agile framework

Dislikes

Sometimes Agile not being followed or encouraged where it is needed. Defensive work policies, Unnecessary Process Overhead added. I would recommend the management to weigh in additional options to bring in more transparency, encourage ideas from all team members to address all the above which is always possible. Identifying ones weakness and solving it as a team and keep things moving - should be one of the key ideology set at an operational level. This could be possible only with more employee engagement.

Friendly environment and a right choice to start career development. Also timing flexibility plays an important role and innovations are always accepted without ignorance, also many opportunities are created for all employees along with learning expeirence. I love to be a part of Telliant Systems.
