Worst company. Nothing here to like.

Everythings HR policy-here hr is only for name no any action taken by her. SALARY-they never provide salary on time usually they hold salaries for three- four months. Unskilled workers-on site 90% of employees are unskilled. They have not any technical certification at all. If anyone joins this company then he/she will ruins his/her life only. These types of companies exploits their employees mentaly, physically and economically.

Salary structure is not good,And more much work on one person.. If an enginner working at any site there he have to see every activities, no any other helping person available... So i think its a big chalang for every beginners

Behaviour of seniors , working environment overall management system. The worst management system and poor intelligence of seniors that only demotvates the freshers. They work on oldest technologies.

Likes

There is no scope for growth neither learning opportunity nor working good professional. Here leadership is outstanding however employees are very terrible who are working for Telecon. I personally felt there are most of the employees are unskilled.

Except leadership, i dont like anything.
