New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. How hard you work, Company will never appreciate you. It exploits employee. Even after more than 4 years of experience, no increment is given, Also salary they provide you is the least possible salary for any Engineer.

Vendor company. Have to work under pressure as per parental company requirement. Working locations also changes very frequently.

No compensation as work pressure is very high by the client. Salary gets deducted if you work from home even though you're quarantined due to Covid-19 symptoms.

It was great to work with TNS, we have balanced life work and personal life. Team work wonderful, since WPP group all policies and system in place. Carrier growth and compensation were not good compared to other companies in same sector. Over all good and satisfied working with TNS. If get chance to work again will be happy.

I love the fact I am a part of that company and part of my team, I get to travel abroad, But on site travel is completely dependent on your project,I also like the employee rehire policy here.
