How hard you work, Company will never appreciate you. It exploits employee. Even after more than 4 years of experience, no increment is given, Also salary they provide you is the least possible salary for any Engineer.

Their work culture and communication skill. Salary on time. Not to worry about TA and DA.

Vendor company. Have to work under pressure as per parental company requirement. Working locations also changes very frequently.

No compensation as work pressure is very high by the client. Salary gets deducted if you work from home even though you're quarantined due to Covid-19 symptoms.

It was great to work with TNS, we have balanced life work and personal life. Team work wonderful, since WPP group all policies and system in place. Carrier growth and compensation were not good compared to other companies in same sector. Over all good and satisfied working with TNS. If get chance to work again will be happy.

I love the fact I am a part of that company and part of my team, I get to travel abroad, But on site travel is completely dependent on your project,I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is too slow and the salary increment is too less.
