Service motto officially and personally.Since 29 years oneday salary donor to C.M. Welfare programmes.And recieved Red& White Bravery award and Recognised by Limca Book of Records as a National Record,Seva Nandi National award, National Excellency award at Delhi during the service of my duty.

I dislike the severe and several punishments for very small pitty causes.

Over all the TGSRTC is good. But if any one is going under appreciate training they will not give stipend on time. If They want to developed the rtc then recruitment is must (permanent workers)

Likes

Good team work. Trainning activities are very good, however scope is there for further improvement. Carrer growth at Middle level and top level is good, but lower levels it has to be improved. To motivate lower level staff GRADES are created,so that senior employees get benefited. After last payscales implemented in 2013 the salaries are good, earlier they were less compared to similar jobs outside in the Govt sector. Appraisal system is there for Middle level and top level posts. Travel facilities are good. Since it is a PSU political influence will be there, but the culture developed such that mostly decisions/actions will be taken independently without getting influenced by political system. Work environment is good,but scope is there for improvement and paucity of funds is a constraint.Since passenger transport is SERVICE SECTOR more than BUSINESS, Govt funding is required. Innovation is good,but scope is there for improvement, Job security is good. Work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

At higher levels transfers will be there periodically and due to this some inconvienice is faced, however it is a part of the system.
