It's a govt sector and I joined there as a principal on an out sourcing basis having the passion of working for the poorest of the poor though the honororium was not satisfactory. Here I could fulfil my dream and passion for serving the govt sector.

Dislikes

There was no job security and there were no other benefits for the people who are working on out sourcing basis. But the establishment of the TMRS benefiting a lot to the students and parents community.

Likes

It was wonderful working with tmries.I had good experience being with children who needed me( teachers).I worked as an academic coordinator, it was very pleasant to work with all the team mates etc. Thank you.

Dislikes

Timings are to high .no time for family and very less holidays and Main thing which was not satisfactory was night duties.very tough time.
