After 1.5 year they supposed to give some hike they didn't provide in the name of COVID-19, and they deduct my previous Salary to 10%, In the single word TEKSystems is a Worst Company.

Fear of losing job at any moment . No appraisal, no bench concept. To make you join they used to tell lot of sweetners. Once Client billability ends then the same Day is your exit formalities done Wrost ever Company wrt learning & development culture

...orcefully and when we need leave for our personal emergency our pay is deducted. -> There is no hike policy or leave policy. -> This is the perfect place to ruin your career and mental health.

...nd messages were never answered or sometimes my WA messages haven’t been seen. There will be no hike and incentive and shift allowance will be on hold for no reason and no one will be answering your calls, emails, or messages so u have to include your client manager every single month.
