Nothing, had very bad experience with the team, HR and the managers. No one is at all helpful, nor they have any proper management.

Dislikes

They don't know how to handle their clients, the manager should know how to handle the situation. However, they will put all the blame on the employee by putting all the workload on them. HR policies are also bad, IT team also very bad, no one there to listen to you and can lay you off if the project is over basically hire and fire policy. And the company is very small so politics and not good treatment. In small companies usually employees suffer alot and upper management enjoys. Very bad company to work with.
