Company culture and work environment, senior help

Dislikes

Company not giving salary base on your performance. You give your 100% but company not give salary your accepting. After give salary cut 4-5 thousand every month. HR Head has no sense how to talk And not any knowledge of company related works. And without any discussion and without collect your reviews directly sending you salary letter.

Just some of my fellow employees are good.

Dislikes

Company has no money to paid to employee, late sallary, no appraisal from last 1.5 years, toxic management, HR has no sense how to talk, they will harased you if you try to leave the company, not giving any Experience Letter or Relieving Letter, Management has no ethics, HR has mentally harased one of my female collegue.

Nothing is good at Teksun Microsys. Except CCD’s machine coffee

Dislikes

Don’t sign any documents with Teksun. Once you signed the bond you are in big trouble I repeat you are in big trouble. They don’t give you proper work except documentation and if in future you are not satisfied with work and you want to switch then they will trap you in the name of bond. If you want to grow your career then don’t join this company.
