I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary gets disbursed to your account on or before 1 st of next month that's really good that we don't have to fight for that as well

Dislikes

No limit on working hours No flexibility Hr doesn't reply back when you ask something but you have to reply her immediately Promotion based on experience not skills So even if you perform better than everyone else by going the extra mile you will still be paid less than the senior who is not as performing as you. There could be a long list but I would stop here this should be good enough reasons I guess
