Lots of dislikes 1.we will not get salary on time 2. Salary structure bonus is there but they will not give the bonus. 3.hr's will not respond after completion of our service period 4.management have no calrity about our tasks

Everything is good till now except salary they discussed with me before interview. I was interviewed with X amount of ECTC but they offered me little bit less CTC but after 6/8 months they gave me appraisal based on performance

Salary never come in time. No hierarchy maintain... only if somebody is in relation with any management s/he will take advantage only and deserve respect. No job security, work culture is very pathetic, salary never comes on time. Management people are very egoistic. Even they do not rent a commercial flat for office. No clarity, no professionalism, no job security, long working hours, long delay on approvals 1) This teknobuilt company prioritize their work over employees personal lives,leading to long working hours, disrespect of employees 2) work culture is toxic, promoted by the highly C-level executives and indian leadership, parcelity with rich based employees background and middle class background employees 3) You're expected to work across india, UK, Canada base timing, (Effective working hours like 13-16 hours a day) 4) Not a single employee friendly policy, you cannot talk to other colleagues, no Friendly environment, toxic boss and higher authorities lots and lots of politics 5) Employees are treated as their personal servant 6) Managers are highly irresponsible and with no manners educated but dont know how to talk with their employees 7) Hire, Exploit, Fire and eat your salary
