Worst company I have ever seen this like before and management is so bad. There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. People with no domain knowledge sits in top Management. Deaf year given to concerns. They just act like they are concerned for employees but in reality they these Management and Hr everyone is playing politics, they will just play around acting like they are actually taking note of your queries. You will not credits even if u work hard. Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 10-15 days every month. U cannot expect salary on time. Poor management. Management treat employees as slave. U cannot address using their name. U should address them as Sir and Madam. But they call it as Corporate, whereas they even don't understand calling Sir abd Madam is not a corporate culture . If u call them by name, that's all they will escalate it as big issue. Non meritorious boot-licking culture. If u are close with management u will get better growth here. Stop kidding yourself that you can run a company.
