...ent is not transparent. There is no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Companies policies are bad, appraisals are not fair and they give bad salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't care your issues. Salary is not fair but career growth is worst. There is no bond which you can resign with the notice period of 2 month's. On the job training is not given for new joinees

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
