... culture but the vision, purpose , culture everything is down the drain Pay — Don’t get me started here. Peanuts is even exaggeration. It looks like the management distributes money amongst themselves. If you ask for hike/promotion, you will be given lame excuses dragging over years Work environment — toxic , mentally disturbing , stressful, seen no good days and the above mentioned feedback is not only based on personal experience, after observing my fellow Colleagues as well They will do layoffs like season change, so don’t even think of doing your best here because highly likely you will be the one getting laid off first — logic not found

The work culture was challenging. After dedicating two years to the company, I was unexpectedly laid off without any clear reason. I immediately regretted my decision to join this company and felt that my time had been wasted.

Work loads, Work life balance, No outings with team, 1.5 year review cycle for salary hike, support system was shit, Toxic culture.

Lot of Politics in Fixed Ops Team. No Promotion. Now days salary hikes are less then 5%. Working every weekend. And till late night. The manager can call any time ex: 2:00, 3:00 AM midnight and you have to work.

Absolutely zero job security. They are exploring avenues and management is terrible with decisions. My Story: Got placed at Tekion( campus placement) in September 2023 - Internship+ FTE. Internship started in January 2023. Everything was working fine till July 2023 when suddenly management dropped a bombshell where 300 out of 400 interns won't be recruited for FTE as promised. It was devasting for everyone as they haven't searched for other opportunities and College too got completed for campus placements. Most are still searching for other opportunities. PS: they laid off another 300 Full time employees Thease kind of bad management decisions bring bad reputation to the company.
