No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

nothing much to say positive about this company.

Dislikes

Most people who worked here are underpaid with least or no promotions, talking about work culture those employees who staying here from long time does not have designation and responsibilities, Management or director is least bothered about it. Poor management, not a organization to work for any freshers. Work-life balance is Below standard as you wont be able to stay in one place and you are expected to work on sunday, day-night shift,. Worst work culture and high unethical behavior, they are happy to screw the employee career even its their fault. There is no talk about innovation as company works were either copied projects or old technologies and this company uses all pirated software and buys old used systems for their business . This is bad organization for any freshers to make carries. Also ,there is no training for freshers and work life balance is hideous and i would never recommend this company for anyone. Over all its absolutely disgusting.
