Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Firstly, I love the environment of the Office. A wonderful experience was all the help I got from the team. A very sophisticated and helpful experience with TEKNINJAS. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I recently worked with this employer and didn't heard any grumbling about management of the company. Even of the co workers. I felt much comfortable while working with this company. The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards I receive. I have received more positive feedback and recognition while working with them. My personal confidence level has gone up considerably.
