Compensation and flexibility to do WFH isn't that good as compared to Big MNCs. As a hardware design role u don't have option to choose WFH.

Job security is good and everything else is good. Just skill development and learning depends on teams and individuals and little luck

Like: work life balance and work culture Not like : Slightly lesser salary than other big companies, very less benefits apart from salary and slow promotions
