Good Environment, Taken all types measures for employee's welfare, Safety and support whenever needed. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happy in collaboration

Work-Life balance is good , you get a decent salary as a Fresher . No politics and the environment is good. Good growth if you want to do into networking.

Tech Stack is kind of Old. As a software Engineer , you will fall behind and your growth will be stunted.

Compensation and flexibility to do WFH isn't that good as compared to Big MNCs. As a hardware design role u don't have option to choose WFH.
