Life is good at Tejas and give high level of job satisfaction in terms of career growth, innovations salary and job security. Management is good and give maximum support to their employees. It is place where you want to work again.

Specially for my profile you have to bounded only with one customer so your technical limited to particular that technology

Nothing to learn management will suck the soul out of you

...die No hr intervention it like a jail company Company will give you no training and you will work for a meger salary of 14375 rs per month Sanjay mote will say this salary is the maximum wage as per government and will miss guide you

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
