The staff and colleagues are very very helpful and polite

No yearly salary increment. Salary is credited after much delay. The delay gets longer every month and totally unpredictable. Leaves are very less and often cancelled by the authority. Also the employees do not have the liberty to take leaves on their preferred dates as there there are too many terms and conditions for taking vacation.

At time of leaving the organization, they demands 3 month salary but my appointment letter said that i one month salary have to pay or notice will be one month but they deny to give work experience without 3 month salary

Working Environment is Good because of Faculties. For Experience its best because you have to work Very Very Hard without any Expectation. Student Strength is Very Good and Teacher Student Ratio is Very Bad.

Salary always comes late (10th to 12th ), No Bonuses, No appreciation.

Pathetic work culture, you will feel like you are a bonded labour, no Saturdays off. At times, they want you to work on Sundays also. Strict monitoring of faculties, trust deficiency. HOD of management College Dr. Manoj Agarwal works likes a thekedar dealing with labourers, pathetic English of HOD and Programme coordinator ( BBA). HOD tries to control and monitor faculties and students upto the level of sickness by- locking gates, unwarranted interference. No freedom and autonomy to teachers, you will feel like a slave of HOD and Programme coordinator (BBA). Both have no academic skills and no mannerism. Arrogant language. HOD is highly incompetent due to which he is justifying his job by doing silly things and overcontrolling teachers. Principal is a nice person, but due to strict monitoring by the University he is scared in signing the gate pass which is required to move outside or in other such day to day decisions. He also doesn't trust his faculties because he is dependent on HOD and HOD makes him feel that everyone working in TMIMT is lazy, lethargic and doesn't want to work so danda is required in dealing with them.
